By accessing or using the site and any related services for professional video operation, live signal management, content distribution, camera work or the creation of high-quality feeds for news and broadcasting, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the site immediately. Continued use after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts under UK law. The site and services are intended for professional broadcasters, production companies and media organisations. You may use the site only for lawful purposes connected with media feed operations. Any other use, including personal or non-commercial activities outside the stated scope, is not permitted.
Prohibited conduct
You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with the technical operation of live signal systems, distribute malicious software, misuse content feeds, or engage in any activity that could harm the reliability of broadcasting services. You must not upload material that infringes third-party rights or violates UK broadcasting regulations. starnexusp reserves the right to suspend or terminate access for any breach.
Accounts, submissions or user content
Where accounts are provided, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login details. Any content, footage or metadata you submit remains your responsibility. By submitting material you grant starnexusp a non-exclusive licence to use it solely for the purpose of delivering the requested media services. You warrant that submissions do not infringe any third-party rights.
Ownership of site content, trademarks and permitted limited use
All text, graphics, software, feed specifications and other content on the site are owned by starnexusp or its licensors. Trademarks and trade names must not be used without prior written consent. You may view pages for your own internal business use but must not copy, reproduce or distribute any material beyond what is necessary for legitimate service delivery.

Availability, changes, suspension and termination

Governing law, courts and consumer dispute rights

Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that consumers resident in the United Kingdom retain the right to bring proceedings in their local courts and to benefit from mandatory local consumer-protection rules.
Severability, waiver, changes, contact route and last-updated date
If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force. Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver. starnexusp may update these terms at any time; the current version will always be displayed on the site.
